Cross Environmental Services, Inc. (CES) was co-founded by Mr. Clyde A. Biston and Mr. John Agan in 1988. Since then, CES has grown into one of Florida’s largest full-service environmental firms.

Clyde A. Biston
Clyde A. Biston is the founder and has been chief executive officer of CES since 1988. Mr. Biston has over 50 years experience in the general construction and asbestos abatement industry.
Clyde A. Biston is the founder and has been chief executive officer of CES since 1988. Mr. Biston has over 50 years experience in the general construction and asbestos abatement industry.
Prior to entering the abatement profession, he operated a building contractor business. In the nine years prior to the formation of CES, Mr. Biston personally supervised the removal of more than 2 million square feet of asbestos containing materials on projects in Florida and Georgia, as well as many large-scale demolition and remediation projects.
Mr. Biston’s experience as founder of CES qualifies him to serve on the Company’s board of directors.

John Tostanoski
John Tostanoski has been with CES since 2003 and has over 50 years of contracting and consulting experience in the environmental industry, including project management, analytical testing, contamination assessment and remediation, asbestos and lead assessment and remediation, indoor air quality, expert testimony and regulatory intervention.
John Tostanoski has been with CES since 2003 and has over fifty years of contracting and consulting experience in the environmental industry, including project management, analytical testing, contamination assessment and remediation, asbestos and lead assessment and remediation, indoor air quality, expert testimony and regulatory intervention. His responsibilities have included all aspects of administrative, financial, marketing, personnel, and quality oversight.
Mr. Tostanoski has also served as a principal environmental consultant to several Fortune 500 companies, developing baseline and compliance monitoring programs, establishing hazardous waste management plans, indoor air quality surveys and monitoring, large scale asbestos surveys and abatements, industrial waste permitting and pretreatment design.
Mr. Tostanoski received his BS in Environmental Sciences from Florida International University. Mr. Tostanoski’s contracting and consulting experience qualify him to serve on the Company’s board of directors.

Brandon Bishop
James “Brandon” Bishop has over 18 years of experience managing disaster recovery services, hazardous materials abatement & remediation, and demolition.
James “Brandon” Bishop has over 18 years of experience managing disaster recovery services, hazardous materials abatement & remediation and demolition. A leader of the CES team, Brandon has valuable experience as an operations manager, supervisor, and estimator of construction, abatement, remediation, and selective demolition & full-scale wrecking projects throughout the Southeastern United States.
He has managed multiple projects in Louisiana and Florida during recovery efforts for Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Michael. His clients include federal, state and municipal governmental entities, school boards, hospitals, hotels, property managers, and private owners. His leadership, hands-on experience and customer service make him a valuable asset to the CES team.

Toni Schaefer
Ms. Schaefer began her career at CES in 2009 as the Assistant to the Treasurer, handling accounts receivable, payroll, and banking tasks. In 2018, she advanced to the role of accounting department manager, where she supervised the team and continued her previous duties.

By 2023, Ms. Schaefer was promoted to CFO, assuming full financial responsibilities to ensure CES stayed on track with its goals.
Scott Millard
Mr. Millard’s experience includes over 28 years in the construction industry with a concentration in demolition and remediation contracting.
Mr. Millard’s experience includes over 28 years in the construction industry with a concentration in demolition and remediation contracting. He is a licensed asbestos abatement contractor and mold remediation contractor with extensive asbestos abatement, mold remediation and demolition project experience.
In addition, Mr. Millard has estimated, designed and managed many large-scale asbestos projects, including the abatement on several bridge projects. Scott joined the CES team in 2014.
Ross Worley
Mr. Worley has been employed with CES since 2006 and has over eighteen years of experience in the environmental industry throughout the states of Georgia and Florida. Prior to entering the construction and abatement profession, he worked as an industrial hygienist, managing projects, creating work plans, and overseeing the 3-year AHERA re-inspections for Duval County Public Schools and Citrus County School District.
Mr. Worley has been employed with CES since 2006 and has over eighteen years of experience in the environmental industry throughout the states of Georgia and Florida. Prior to entering the construction and abatement profession, he worked as an industrial hygienist, managing projects, creating work plans, and overseeing the 3-year AHERA re-inspections for Duval County Public Schools and Citrus County School District.
Mr. Worley is responsible for the training of new individuals and mentoring employees through specialized demonstration of field review and environmental sampling. He monitored environmental projects to ensure buildings and sites could be reconstructed to ensure that evaluations were completed timely, and goals were defined.
Ross encouraged and assisted his team members to reach their milestones while delegating tasks, as needed. He has managed multiple environmental projects in a fast-paced atmosphere while handling tasks and assignments in an organized manner through the use of various computer applications. He brings specialized training in air-monitoring evaluation, as well as, building and home inspection for asbestos and mold in engineering projects. Ross has maintained existing customers while taking the initiative to bring in new clientele and contracts.
Travis Biston
Mr. Biston has over 20 years of experience in asbestos abatement and demolition projects throughout the United States and the Bahamas, along with more than five years in commercial general construction.

His roles have included Operations Manager, Supervisor, Estimator, Quality Control, and Site Safety and Health Officer, covering abatement, remediation, and demolition.
Travis has contributed to various institutions, including schools, hospitals, government contracts, and military bases.
